Urgent Orders

While we will always, if possible process your order when you cannot avoid ordering at short notice, we do ask that you give us at least 3 weeks notice. Orders received within 7 working days of your show will be sent automatically on Overnight Carrier or Special Delivery and the costs added to your invoice.

Ribbon/Sash Colours/Printed Centres

We reserve the right to substitute colours from those specified if absolutely necessary.

All sizes, colours & descriptions are given for information only and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to limitations of the printing process, colours may differ slightly.

Title

All goods remain the property of Trophies 4 Everything until the account is settled in full.

Do not use any punctuation marks that you do intend to be engraved.

All engravings are done exactly to the text sent to us.

All new customers will be required to make payment in full with their first order. Subsequent orders will be invoiced on account. Accounts will be invoiced to the person placing the order, who will be responsible for payment unless authorised by a Club, Society or Organisation.

All invoices must be settled upfront and in full, before all and any goods will be released.

Shortage, incorrect supply or damage in transit can only be entertained if we are advised within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All deliveries are sent as a signed for item.

To qualify for a refund agaist any of our products, goods must be returned within 10 days of you receiving them, stating the reason(s) for the return.

Return postage/carriage is at the customer's expense.

All personalised products are non refundable, please see our engraved/personalised section.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
